Invite teammates

1. 1Switch to the workspace and open Team from the account menu. You can also choose Invite teammates in the workspace menu.
2. 2Choose Invite teammate, enter their email address and choose Send invite.
3. 3We email them an invite. The dialog also shows the invite link, which you can copy and send yourself.

They accept by opening the link and signing in, or creating an account, with that same email address. Only that address can use the link, and it expires after 14 days.

Seats

• A workspace can have up to 25 people, counting the owner, members and pending invites.
• Seats are free. Teammates’ interviews use the owner’s minutes.
• You can send up to 50 invites per workspace per day.

If an invite doesn’t work

• “This invite is for …”: they’re signed in with a different email. Sign out and in with the invited address.
• “Confirm your email address first”: they need to confirm their new account from the email we sent.
• “This invite has expired”: send a new invite from the Team page.
