Generate AI findings
An overview and themes across your interviews, each backed by real quotes you can play back.
- 1Open the study and choose the Findings tab.
- 2Choose Generate findings. It takes a minute or two, and you can leave the page while it runs.
What you get
- An overview of three to five sentences.
- Up to eight themes, each with a description, a sentiment (positive, negative, mixed or neutral) and how many interviews it came up in.
- Up to six verbatim quotes per theme. Each links to the moment in the recording, so you can hear it in context.
You need at least one interview where the participant answered. It works best with three or more.
Keep them up to date
As more people take part, choose Update with N new interviews to include them, or Regenerate to start again. You can run findings up to 20 times an hour.
Findings are free; they don’t use interview minutes. If a run doesn’t finish, you’ll see “The last run didn’t finish. Please try again.”
