Share findings with a link

1. 1On the study’s Findings tab, choose Share.
2. 2Turn on Anyone with the link can view.
3. 3Choose whether to Show participant names. If not, people appear as Participant 1, 2 and so on.
4. 4Choose whether to Include video clips of each quote. Clips are a few seconds to 40 seconds long and are prepared within a minute or so.
5. 5Copy the link and send it. Anyone with the link can view the page, without an account.

What viewers see

• The overview and themes with their quotes, and clips if you included them.
• Never participants’ emails or full transcripts.

Shared pages aren’t listed in search engines. The share window shows how many times the page has been viewed.

Stop sharing

• Reset link makes a new link; the old one stops working.
• Turning off Anyone with the link can view makes the link stop working and deletes the clips.

Viewers of a link that’s off or reset see “This link isn’t available”. If findings are still being prepared, they see “Findings are on their way”.
