Where your data is stored and who can see it
Your studies and recordings are visible to your workspace only, stored with trusted providers in the US.
Who can see it
- Studies, recordings, transcripts and findings: you and the teammates in that workspace.
- A shared findings page: anyone with the link, until you turn it off. It never shows emails or full transcripts.
- AI tools you connect: what you can see, until you disconnect them.
Where it’s stored
Recordings and uploaded files are stored on Amazon Web Services, and the rest of your data in our database on Supabase, both in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit, and API keys are stored hashed.
