How long data is kept, and how to delete it
We keep your studies until you delete them. Here’s how to delete anything, from one recording to your whole account.
Studies, recordings and transcripts are kept until you delete them or close your account. When you delete something, its files are removed from storage too. Copies in backups disappear as the backups expire.

Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and California law, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. Email support@notifications.popsicleai.app and we’ll respond within 30 days. Participants can also ask the researcher who invited them.
