Delete a recording
Remove one session, its video and transcript, from a study.
- 1Open the study’s Recordings tab.
- 2Choose the trash icon on the recording, then Confirm.
This deletes the video, the transcript, any quotes from it in your findings, and its clips on shared findings pages. It can’t be undone.
Deleting a recording doesn’t refund the minutes it used.
To delete every recording in a study at once, delete the study.
