Watch a recording and read the transcript
Find each session on the study page, play it back, and jump to any moment from the transcript.
- 1Open the study. The Recordings tab lists every session with the participant and its status.
- 2Open a recording to see the participant, the date and the duration, with the player and the transcript below.
- 3Click any timestamp in the transcript to jump to that moment in the recording.
What you can do on a recording
- Download video saves the recording as an MP4.
- Copy or Download the transcript (as a text file). Lines show the time, who spoke (Participant or Interviewer) and what they said. Photos the participant shared appear as “Shared a photo”.
- Watch full screen, and change the volume.
Voice recordings capture the conversation’s audio plus anything the participant shared on screen. Chat interviews have a transcript but no video.
To work across many transcripts at once, generate findings, or ask your AI assistant to read them.
