AI tools and MCP
Use PopsicleAI from your AI assistant
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Claude Code to PopsicleAI and run studies by asking in plain language.
PopsicleAI has an MCP connector. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to work with other apps. Once it’s connected, you can ask your assistant things like “draft a study about why people cancel their subscription” or “summarize what participants said in my onboarding study”, and it does the work in your PopsicleAI account.
What you need
- A PopsicleAI account. You sign in to it once, when you connect.
- The connector URL:
https://popsicleai.app/mcp. It’s also on the MCP and API keys page, with a copy button. - An AI tool that supports remote MCP connectors, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Claude Code.
How it works
- 1You add the connector URL to your AI tool.
- 2The tool sends you to PopsicleAI to sign in and shows what it will be able to do. You choose Allow.
- 3Your assistant can now use PopsicleAI’s tools: list and create studies, draft and review interview guides, read transcripts, generate and share findings, and check your minutes.
Nothing to install and no keys to copy: the sign-in keeps the connection secure, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Set up your tool
For scripts and tools that can’t sign in, use an API key instead.
