Delete your account
Permanently delete your account, the workspaces you own and everything in them.
Deleting your account can’t be undone. Download or share anything you want to keep first.
- 1Open Profile from the account menu.
- 2Under Delete account, choose Delete account.
- 3Check the list of what will be deleted, type your email address to confirm, and choose Delete account.
We email you to confirm it’s done. You can’t delete your account while one of your interviews is in progress.
What gets deleted
- Every workspace you own, with its studies, recordings, transcripts and findings. Teammates in those workspaces lose access and get an email.
- Your API keys, which stop working right away.
- Your place in teams you joined. Studies you made in someone else’s workspace stay with that workspace.
- Your plan, cancelled straight away. Unused minutes are lost, and any overage you’ve already used is billed.

Only want to stop paying? Cancel your plan instead and keep your studies.
