Overage

Keep interviews running past your plan’s minutes for $1 a minute, up to a cap you choose.

  1. 1On the Billing page, tick Allow overage.
  2. 2Set a Monthly cap (USD) and choose Save.
  • Overage costs $1 a minute, billed per second, and is invoiced with your plan.
  • The cap starts at your plan’s price, and you can set it anywhere from $0 to 5 times that. You’re never charged above it.
  • Overage needs an active plan and a card on file. It pauses while a payment is overdue.
