Billing for teams

The workspace owner pays. Teammates’ interviews use the owner’s minutes.

  • Billing belongs to the owner of a workspace and covers every workspace they own.
  • Interviews in a workspace use its owner’s minutes, whoever created the study.
  • Teammates see a read-only Team balance page. To buy minutes for their own studies, they switch to their own workspace.
  • Seats are free; there’s no per-person charge.
