What we collect from participants

• The name and email they enter before the interview, and the language they choose.
• The interview: their voice, anything they share on screen, messages they type, photos they share, and the transcript.
• No camera is used.

Only you and teammates in the study’s workspace can see recordings and transcripts. If you share findings with a public link, viewers see quotes and short clips, never emails or full transcripts, and names only if you choose. See Share findings with a link.

You decide what to ask and what happens to the answers; we process interviews on your behalf. Tell participants they’re talking to an AI interviewer and being recorded, and get their consent, for example in your participant instructions. Don’t interview anyone under 16.

If a participant asks you to delete their interview, delete the recording. More in Privacy and data.
