What participants read and watch before the interview starts.
Participant instructions
Under What participants see › Participant instructions, write what people should know before they start, up to 5,000 characters. They appear under Before you begin, and participants confirm them with I understand, continue. Start a line with “-” to show it as a checklist item.
Use them to explain the session, that it’s with an AI interviewer and recorded, and anything to have ready. Our terms ask you to tell participants about the AI interviewer and the recording.
Intro video
- Upload an MP4, WebM or MOV file under 500 MB. It plays before the participant joins.
- Tick Participants must watch all of it before joining to keep the Join button off until the video ends. They can rewind but not skip ahead.
- If the video can’t load on their device, they can still join.
