Session length and participant limits
Interviews run 5 to 30 minutes, and a study can take 1 to 100 participants.
Max session length
Set it from 5 to 30 minutes (30 by default). The interviewer paces the conversation to fit, lets the participant know about a minute before the end, and ends the session when time is up. Participants can also end it sooner.
If your minutes balance can’t cover the full length when someone joins, their session is shortened up front to the whole minutes you have left. Sessions that have started are never cut off by billing.
Max participants
Set it from 1 to 100 (5 by default). Once that many people have taken part, new visitors see “This study is full”. Only people who actually started an interview count; someone who filled in their name and left doesn’t use up a place.
Need more interviews? Edit the study and raise the limit. Nothing else changes.
